Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam: Namam 150: Shri Niravadya (OM niravadyAyai namaH)

In Namam 132 to 187, the Divine Mother’s Japarupam or Formlessness will be the described.

The Divine Mother is praiseworthy or blameless.

She is the cause of all auspiciousness or prosperity in this universe. She is worshipped and praised by all.

Avadya  is related to ignorance. It is Unworthiness and unacceptable state, that hinders to reach the Supreme Self.  With wisdom, the devotee can improve his soul to higher level.

Avadthi or avadya is also a blame that others pass indirectly to us. This is one of the worst disrespects for us. The Divine Mother helps to take away such blames and weakness for us.

Avadya is also one kind of hell. Niravadya means the one who safeguards devotees from reaching the hell.

Sri Bhaskararaya in Kurma Purana says that if any devotee remembers the Divine Mother day and night, he does not go to Avadya hell. Such a devotee is cleansed by the Divine Mother, from his sins.

Linga Purana says that there are twenty eight crores (one crore is equal to ten millions) types of hell. Such information on hells is meant for persuading the devotee from doing sins and turn him to the Divine Mother and performing his good acts.

Fear of sin and faith in the Divine Mother are the wheels of life for the devotee.

The Divine Mother is the whole universal wisdom and has all the worthiness within Her. She had been praised by celestial beings, for Her swift actions against evils,  such as destroying Bhandasura.

So the Divine Mother is thus Niravadya.
