The Divine Mother is the seat of exalted Knowledge which is Knowledge of the Self.
The Divine mother is the Ultimate Knowledge of all the knowledge. There is nothing more than Brahma vidya to learn. The soul’s goal is to merge with the Brahman. Once in Brahman, there are no more dualities of happiness or sadness, gain or loss, victory or defeat for that soul. It becomes “controlled by prayers to the Divine Mother and “Lord Shiva in their unison. For yogins even such prayers are immaterial. For the souls there is no more birth or death, having merged in Brahman. Such condition is beyond time, place and other attributes, which is same as the Divine Mother’s own form. So, She is praised as Mahavidya.
She is in mantara rupam “Mahavidya” ‘’ Iym, Hreem,Klem
Cha-mun-da-yai Vich-che” is the Mahavidya manta, which is the Divine Mother’s
Durga form. This is also called the
Navakshari mantra. This mantra provides relief from all difficulties in life.
