Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam: Namam 575: Shri Madhvi panalasa (ōṃ mādhvīpānalasāyai namaḥ)

The Divine Mother is languid from drinking wine; the wine mentioned is the ambrosia overflowing from the Chandramandala (disc of Moon) in Ajnacakra. She is not eager for anything else.

Madhvi drink causes one to look into one’s inner self. The Divine Mother is in that form. Madhvi drink is prepared from grape juice with honey mixed to take its bitterness due to storage and to sweetened it, its strength increases with its age. Those who drink it get increased strength to do bigger actions.

Alasa means to turn one’s mind inward which is good for meditation. Matured meditation is called Samadhi. Bitter fruit juice is offered to the Divine Mother. As a result of accepting that bitterness, the Divine Mother is inward looking is the interpretation of this Namam. Likewise, Her devotees take this bittered grape juice to help in their deep meditation, which helps them to look inward.

Grape juice mixed with honey is also called Madhu. By drinking it the urge to do outside activity reduces and laziness sets in. She is Nityatrupta. Alasa is without explanation and laziness; Eagerness and enthusiasm reduces due to tamoguna. The mind will be without any attachments. The mind will be filled with happiness. As there is no need for enthusiasm, She, is less active.  Due to the inner happiness, the Divine Mother is satisfied.

Languid means lack physical exertion or effort, relaxed, unhurried, sticky, weak, lacking force or quickness of movement, slow. The Divine Mother is described here as one who is languid from consuming the wine.

The Divine Mother is inward looking from drinking wine.
