In Namams 64 to 84, we will be seeing
the Divine Mother destroying the Bhandasura.
The Divine Mother is delighted to see
the valour of Herself as Goddess Bala in destroying Bhanda’s sons in the war.
Bhanda had thirty sons starting with
the name Caturbahu and ending with Upamaya. They can take turn in a lunar month
30 days. Every day the son of the day tries to turn the Samsarara bound jiva more
and more intoxicated and conceited. The nine-year old Bala destroys Bhanda’s
sons.
Goddess Bala can be referred as Balamantra. Those
who wish to get Srividya needs to learn the Balamantra first. Any devotee in
his deep involvement in Sadhana will be unaware of the day and night passing.
This experience is considered good. The Divine Mother is delighted by this.
