The Divine Mother is the friend of everyone, the friend of the total universe.
The Divine Mother is very kind to everyone. Our enemies try to hit us, block our actions; every being tries to survive; such actions are training for them. Like enemies, we also have friends; when we liaise with our friends, happiness comes first. The beings try to live longer in this universe due to this aspect of happiness from friends. The Divine Mother represents such happy friendships.
Brahma aspect is applicable to Sun as well. Sun is called Mitra as well. All beings like the presence of Sun, such Sun is representing the Divine Mother, as She had created it in the first place. So, praising the Sun is same as praising the Divine Mother.
For all universal beings, without any expectations, Sun provides; the Sun is a friend. tTere are twelve forms of Sun representing the twelve months in a calendar year. Their names are: Mitra, Ravi, Surya, Bhanu, Khaga, Poosha, Hiranyagarba, Mareechi, Adiya, Savita,Arka and Bhaskara. The Divine Mother is in all these twelve forms of the Sun.
The Divine Mother is in friend for Her devotees. A good
friend prevents someone going in wrong direction; similarly, the Divine Mother
prevents Her devotees going n evil ways. So, She is called Mitrarupini
The Sun called Mitra is part of the Divine Mother
