The Divine Mother is fond of Patali (pale red/rose Angel’s Trumpet flower).
She is fond of Patail flowers, which are pale red in colour. There is a saying that Shiva likes this Patali flower. This goes without saying that Patali is liked by Her spouse and by Her.
What cannot be got by others is easily obtained by the Divine Mother with Her capability and strength. She is fond of Patali. When this flower is offered, with real love, She is satisfied very much. People cannot reach Krishna in simpler terms. Yet his younger friend Kuchela gave Him with love a handful of oats. Lord Krishna took those oats. What is achieved with love is closeness to divinity.
The Padma Purana says,” Sankara (Shiva) is fond of Bilva leaves; His spouse Goddess Parvati is fond of Patali flowers.”
