The Divine Mother is the Supreme Goddess.
The Divine Mother is infinite, omnipresent (all pervading), omniscient (all knowing) and omnipotent (all powerful). She is the divine Power which creates, sustains, and destroys the entire array of universes. She does all this within the blinking of an eye. Reference to earlier Nama 281: Unmesa nimisotpanna vipanna bhuvanavalihm with the meaning that the Divine Mother causes a series of worlds to arise and disappear with the opening and closing of Her eyes,
The yogis understand the Divine Mother is the universal ruler. Without any trouble the whole universe is functioning under the Divine Mother, and She is running it well. The Divine Mother’s form essentially is Sat-Chit-Ananda form. The Divine Mother is managing widespread universal movements perfectly. Praising Her universal systematic ruling is a form of worship by Her devotees. By understanding the Divine Mothers’ way of ruling the universe is a way of worshipping Her.
The Divine Mother is glorious Ishwari. Earlier Nama 208 Maheshwari indicated that She creates, saves, and destructs through Brahma, Vishnu, and Iswara respectively; all three have equal qualities, which is same as one, Maheswara. The Divine Mother is the spouse or Shakti of that Maheswara.
The Divine Mother is the Supreme
Glorious Goddess.
