The Divine Mother bestows the three goals of life.
Three goals of life are: righteousness (Darma), Wealth (Artha), and Objects of desire (Kama). The three goals (tri varga) here may also be the power of will, knowledge, and actions. Please see earlier Nama 658: Iccha Sakti, Janan Sakti, Kriya Sakti Svarupini. The Divine Mother bestows these on Her devotees. It is from Her that one drives all material riches and a firmly grounded abidance. She provides three firm goals of life to Her devotees.
Dharma. Artha, Kama and Moksa are the key four things. The first three are included in this Nama. Reaching Moksa or the Brahman is possible for the fully matured, fewer souls only. These three things will apply to all living creatures in this universe. Each living creature follows the rules set for them, by the Divine Mother.
For example, a group of birds live in a place. They do not fight with each other within the group; they follow the set rules for them within the group. Food is a key item for all living beings in this universe. The bee collecting the honey from a flower will not fight with other bees. The Divine Mother provides the appropriate food for each group of beings in this universe, and they receive sufficient food for their needs. Their living place for each type of being may be different but they are all happy in their own way. The Divine Mother is celebrated as Trivarga dartri. She is giving three essential goals to Her devotees.
The three things Dharma, Artha and Kama can be obtained or achieved by humans. But the Moksa is not obtainable just by asking. If others have things which we do not have, we can ask and get them; but Moksa is not available just from requesting. The Divine Mother provides all three things Dharma, Artha and Kama to Her devotees freely, but the Moksa must be earned.
