From Namam 112 to 131, we will see
the devotion aspects in the Divine Mother worship
The Divine Mother confers or grants plentiful riches to Her
devotees.
If something meets one’s needs, it is called wealth. Beyond that
it is called Sri or abundance or plentiful.
In modern times for a common man it will be difficult to make a
million. But beyond that million, it is plentiful and it may come easily. There
is a Tamil language saying that making the first 100 is difficult but it will
become free flow from a well once that first 100 is made. This is a perception from
monetary point of view.
Visnu is Srikara or husband of Goddess Mahalakshmi or Sri Mahalakshmi.
Sri Mahalakshmi is supposedly lives in Sri Mahavisnu’s chest.
There are eight kinds of Lakshmi or Asthalakshmi to give out
eight types of wealth to mankind. These Eight Types of Wealth as children by Asthalakshmi are:
·
ADILAKSHMI:(Wealth as
children of the source) .
·
DHANALAKSHMI: (Wealth as children of material comfort) .
·
VIDYALAKSHMI: (Wealth as children of Skill) .
·
DHAANYALAKSHMI: (Wealth as children of Food/Health) .
·
DHAIRYALAKSHMI: (Wealth as children of Courage) .
·
SANTAANALAKSHMI: (Bestower of Children) .
·
VIJAYALAKSHMI: (Wealth as children of Success) .
·
BHAAGYALAKSHMI: (Wealth as children of Dignity)
Goddess Lakshmi gets Her wealth and instructions from the Divine
Mother. She also serves the Divine Mother as seen in Srividya Bindu. The Divine
Mother creates and gives out wealth to Goddess Lakshmi and to whole universe.
The Divine Mother is also Srikari being Visnu’s sister.
Sri has many meanings: wealth, auspicious, beauty, strength and
light. Where ever the Divine Mother’s blessings are there, all above are available
to Her devotees.
So the Divine Mother is Srikari.
So the Divine Mother is Srikari.
