From Namam 112 to 131, we will see
the devotion aspects in the Divine Mother worship
She is Sankari (spouse of Sankara) who has the habit of giving
out happiness to Her devotees.
Sankara always does good things. He also gives out good things
in life to the devotees.
According to Kalika Purana, the Divine Mother is best known and
celebrated by the names Sankari and Raudri. She accompanies Lord Siva in
unison. She is in female form and Sankara is in male form doing the creation,
preservation and destruction functions in this universe.
Troubles keep coming back to the devotees. From the point of a short
term view, it will look like troubles but in reality, it will turn out to be
blessings to the devotee. All these things are the Divine Mother’s design of
things to ultimately give happiness to the devotees.
Sam is auspicious and represents happiness. Sankara gives
happiness. The Divine Mother as the consort of Sankara gives away all auspicious and happiness, as the Lord Sankara
Himself.
