Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam: Namam 776: Shri Mandara Kusuma priya (ōṃ mandārakusumapriyāyai namaḥ)

The Divine Mother is fond of Mandara flowers.

Mandara is one of the Kalpa vrukshas or a celestial wish fulfilling tree. The Divine Mother is fond of its flower. There are five kinds of celestial trees namely, Mandara, Parijat, Santana, Kalpa vrukshas, and Harichandana. Mandara is also called the white Arka flower.

Mandara trees  around the Divine Mother’s Chinthamani abode in Her gardens..

The Divine Mother is fond of Mandara flowers.
