Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam: Namam 524 Shri Majja samstha (ōṃ majjāsaṃsthāyai namaḥ)

Namams 475 to 534 represent the Divine Mother’s Yogini forms.

The Divine Mother’s Representative Hakini yogin residing in the Ajna chakra pericarp in two-petaled lotus is the presiding deity for bone marrow.

The human bone is like tubes within which there is a Maja. This is a form of meat. Depending upon the strength of the Majja, the human body gets the resultant strength. For those in Brahamacharyam, this Majja increases their body strength many folds. For people having a “pure” life, this Majja strength is more for their body.  For yogins this Majja is a place for divine shakti. The Divine Mother, through Hakini Devi is presiding deity for bone marrow.

Majja is within the bones. The Hakini Devi resides within the bones in Majja as its presiding deity.

The Hakini Devi resides in bone marrow,
