Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam: Namam 129: Shri Saraccandra Nibhanana (OM sharachchandranibhAnanAyai namaH)

From Namam 112 to 131, we will see the devotion aspects in the Divine Mother worship

Like in a clear autumn sky, the Divine Mother’s face shines just as the full moon.

Autumn moon is chosen because, after the sharad  chandra meaning Moon in sharad rithu, which is rainy  season, it reflects a brilliant radiance in the clear blue sky. In other seasons, the moon’s radiance is weak and or changing.

However, the Divine Mother’s radiance is much superior and it does not change with time.

Nibhanana is beautiful like the full moon or supreme bliss.

Anana is face
