Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam: Namam 108: Shri Shri Cakropari Samsthita (OM ShaTchakroparisaMsthitAyai namaH)

In Namams 91 to 111, we will be seeing the Divine Mother’s subtle Mantra- Rupam.

The Divine Mother resides above six chakras.

The six chakras are: Muladhara, Svadhisthana, Manipuraka, Anahata, Visuddhi and Ajna. These chakras had been explained in detail in earlier Namams. In later Namams eack chakra will be described in greater details.

She lives in Sahasrara with Lord Siva with full radiance or in Muladhara in sleeping state. She stays in each of these six chakras for a very short time only when moving towards Sahasrara.

Close meaning of words:
Sthiti is to establish or to stand
Samsthita is to stand in settled state
