Shri Lalitha Sahasranamam: Namam 990: Shri Abhyasatisaya jnata (ōṃ abhyāsātiśayajJṇātayai namaḥ)

The Divine Mother is known through the exceedingly strenuous practice of spiritual discipline,(only).

She is well known for exceeding high practice of spiritual discipline. The Divine Mother provides comforts and relevant knowledge to all living beings wanting to know the surroundings to meet their needs and desires.

Universal knowledge is growing through physical science initiatives; likewise, the usefulness of universal things is growing also. The scientists declare that there will not be any shortage of things in any field in this universe. One object can be changed to another form for being useful to other universal beings. It is not disappearing. From hard rocks, excellent covering fabrics had been demonstrated.

Such concepts are applicable to Brahman. With the Divine Mother’s grace and blessings, the yoginis are saying that there is nothing equivalent to Brahman. In all fields depending upon their efforts, there are improvements in understanding them; the Divine Mother is gracefully providing for all these improvements is the inner meaning of this Namam.

Through sincere and extreme practices, the Divine Mother is realizable. Repeatedly done or said actions without any change are called abhyasa. Abhyasa is a Sanskrit word that also means "practice," referring to diligent and dedicated repetition of an action. We can fall asleep and loose our own self or until after death leave all our holdings in this world; we can repeatedly think and pray to the Divine Mother for required constant practice. Such constant practices done sincerely and exceedingly towards the Divine Mother, are called abhyasatisaya. In worldly life, food habits are happening through abhyasa. The Divine Mother worship ought to be greater than that of food practices. If it happens to be a devotee, it will be magic. To realize the Divine Mother, such excellent practices need to be happening.

Only through long and constant practice (abhyasatisaya) of all eight yogic pathas (see earlier Nama 256 Dhyana dhyatr dhyaya rupa with the meaning that She shines as meditation meditator and the object of meditation), the Divine Mother is to be realized (Jnata). "Jnata" is a Sanskrit term most commonly referring to a "knower" or "perceiver"

Or She who through constant practice (abhyasa) becomes known exceedingly well (atisayajnata).

“She, Whose limbs are knowledge, whose body is all the sastras, and whose abode is the heart, thar the Divine Mother is to be seen by constant practice. She manifests through the union with the Self” says the Brahmananda Purana.

The Divine Mother is known through the exceedingly strenuous practice of spiritual discipline (only).
