In Namams 199 to 248, the Divine Mother’s Saguna or infiniteness power and glory are described.
The Divine Mother controls all living and nonliving things in this universe.
She is the Empress of the universe. With Her wish only, can all things in this universe even move. All creatures are subject to Her governing. She manages and provides for all living and nonliving things in Her vast universe.
The ruler of a country or land can only control a certain area and not all. The rulers have constrains in terms of country boundaries, resources and the time or period of their rule. When that period is over, they die and disappear from the scene. Whereas the Divine Mother does not have such boundary, resource and time constrains. She is infinite and eternal; She has abundant wealth; She is present always and rules eternally. She is the governor and She governs according to Her wishes. There cannot be any opposition to Her actions on anything or Omni potent in this universe.
Without Her wish, not even a leaf can fall down from a tree. No ant can move without Her implied wish. She protects everything in this universe. She is the ultimate power, deciding to act or not; She acts the way She wishes.
She is Sarvasvari or Adi Sakti or Supreme Intelligence.
