In Namams 199 to 248, the Divine Mother’s Saguna or infiniteness power and glory are described.
The Divine Mother is the source of all the auspiciousness in this universe.
Whatever causes long tern or eternal happiness can be said to auspicious for the devotee. From the Divine Mother all the auspicious offerings come to universal creatures. If we analyze carefully, even that which looks like a negative now, will turn out to be positive or auspicious over time. This is what Lord Krsna says in Bhagavath Gita. Similarly all universal things turn out to be auspicious under the Divine Mother guidance.
Anything from the Supreme Self is auspicious. Some of offerings look more auspicious than others. Overall all things from Brahman are auspicious. For example: curd, aval, sandalwood paste, kunkum, turmeric and its powder, married lady, young girl and learned man can be considered auspicious. The Divine Mother has all of these within Her. She is giving the auspiciousness to such objects. She removes the pain and grants eternal happiness to Her devotees.
Acharya Bhaskaraya quotes from Devi Purana: She gives all the good fortune that we long for in our hearts and all the desired objects; so She is Sarvamanagala. She gives to the devotees all the best and choicest things and removes their pain; hence She is Sarvamanagala too.
