From Namam 684 to 741 the glories of the Divine Mother are discussed.
The Divine Mother bestows life fulfilled with fout purushartha, (Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha) Imperial Dominion to her devotees. – with that the devotee is a common man or king of kings.
The King of kings is emperor or Samrat. He ought to have won over many kings and their kingdom and performed Rajasuya sacrifices. His ruling dominion is called Samrajya. The Divine Mother grants such power to Her devotees.
