In Namams 199 to 248, the Divine Mother’s Saguna or infiniteness power and glory are described.
The Divine Mother is in tangible form as in Chandra Vidya mantra.
Vidya (Sanskrit: विद्या) primarily means science, learning, philosophy, knowledge, and scholarship, any knowledge whether true or false. Its root is vid (Sanskrit: विद्), which means "to reason upon", knower, finding, knowing, acquiring or understanding.
Chandravidya is a worship able method formulated by Candra (Moon), one of the key worshippers who formulated the method of worship. The Divine Mother is the embodiment of Chandravidya.
Sun’s and Moon’s forces affect Vidya. Sun gives the heat, light etc; but it comes with certain discomfort, which the devotee has to learn and adjust to live on. While the Moon gives pleasant light which gives the cool comfort to the devotee. Using Chandravidya is easier. The Divine Mother is easily worshipped by using Chandravidya.
Please refer to earlier Namam 238 “Manuvidya” with the meaning: The Divine Mother is embodiment of Manuvidya. Chandravidya is a worshipping method. This is one of the relatively easier methods to worship the Divine Mother.
The Divine Mother resides as Sri Vidya in Bindu, the inner most level in Sri Cakra.
